These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all counselling and therapy services provided by Ronya Tillenburg ("Practice") operating as Praxis Lichtlinie, Ludwig-Wolker Str. 29, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany. They apply to all natural persons ("Clients") who use the services of the Practice.
The Practice offers services in the field of systemic counselling and therapy, including:
Important note: Services are provided within the framework of systemic counselling (DGSF standard) and do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment under statutory health insurance (SGB V). Services are generally not reimbursable by statutory health insurers.
Appointments may be made by phone, email, via the online booking system (Calendly), or through the client portal. The Practice's confirmation of the appointment establishes the contractual relationship.
Cancellation by the Client: Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation must be made by phone or email.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to appear without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed session fee. This does not apply in cases of sudden documented illness.
The current fee for sessions will be agreed at the start of the counselling relationship and confirmed in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue by bank transfer.
Online sessions are conducted via the end-to-end encrypted video service Jitsi Meet. A current web browser and stable internet connection are sufficient; no app installation is required. Recording of sessions in any form is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from all participants.
Ronya Tillenburg is bound by professional confidentiality. All information shared during counselling is treated strictly confidentially. For full details on personal data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Practice provides its services to the best of its knowledge and in accordance with current systemic counselling standards. No guarantee of a specific therapeutic outcome is given. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Langenfeld (Rhineland), Germany.
